The heart and soul of the dinner is created in the back of house. There are approximately 30 students who are members of the culinary team. No previous experience is required. Our Culinary Directors will select team leaders to be in charge of each course and help teach proper techniques. Alongside our advisors, our students train on culinary techniques and trends, develop knife skills, and prepare a five star meal.
