To accompany great food, requires great wine. Our wine directors, whom passed the Introductory Sommelier Course and Exam, select the finest wines to pair perfectly with each course. There are approximately 15 students who train with wine service team. Along with learning how to properly serve, these students develop education on different types of wine and food pairing.
