2014 Culinary Team

Culinary Team

The heart and soul of the dinner is created in the back of house. There are approximately 30 students who are members of the culinary team. No previous experience is required. Our culinary directors will select team leaders to help teach proper techniques. Along side our advisors, our students train on culinary techniques and trends, develop knife skills, and prepare a five star meal.
